Book Online

Whitehorse Osteopathy uses an online booking system through Jane Clinic Management. Jane will walk you through creating an account to manage your bookings online!


Please note that Tana is on maternity leave effective March 1, 2024.


If you are a new client inquiring about making an initial appointment: For the months of March and April, 2024, new clients can book in with my locum, Akosua Knowles (see below).


For the months of April and May, sessions are available with Sam Burgis, student of Osteopathy (see below). 


Another locum will be arriving in Whitehorse in July - updates to come!


Booking an appointment with Julie


Existing clients can click here to book an appointment online with Julie. Please note that at this time, Julie is working through her existing wait list but is no longer adding any additional clients to this list.


Booking an appointment with Akos


Existing clients can click here to book an appointment online with Akos for March and April, 2024 for continued care during Tana's maternity leave. Please note that Akos is not taking on any new clients. 


Booking an appointment with Sam


New and existing clients can click here to book an appointment online with Sam for general manual therapy. Please note that Sam is a student of osteopathy practicing as a kinesiologist and her sessions are not available for insurance reimbursement as osteopathy through extended benefit providers, but may be eligible through kinesiology. Sam offers sessions at a reduced rate.

Clinic Policy for Missed Appointments

Your treatment time is reserved especially for you. In the event that you are unable to make your appointment, please kindly provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule so that others may be able to access treatment. 


Appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours and are unable to be filled will be subject to a fee.


A Note About Information Privacy

Security and confidentiality are very important to Whitehorse Osteopathy.  It's important that you feel secure in trusting your information online, so here is some background information on the way that Jane Clinic Management stores your data:

Jane's data is stored in secure servers in Eastern Canada. Jane has a private server bank located in a locked facility complete with the latest security, authorization, and surveillance technologies. All data is backed up regularly on secondary servers in Eastern and Western Canada. When in transit, data is encrypted with 256 bit encryption - the same as your bank would use.
